Refund policy

Order Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery - if you are missing item(s) or were shipped incorrect item(s) please email pondplantsofamerica@gmail.com within 24 hours and include a photo of the plants you received. 

Pond Plants of America only replaces items that are defective or damaged, due to the fault of Pond Plants of America. 

All plants are shipped out alive, healthy, and in ready-to-replant condition. Pond Plants of America is not responsible for shipping errors, delays in shipping from the carrier, or parcels left in the sunshine by the shipping carrier. 

To be eligible for a return, credit, or refund you must report any shipping damage to us with photo documentation within 24 hours.  Please contact us at pondplantsofamerica@gmail.com.  

The refund policy expires within 15 days after receiving your package from the shipping carrier.

Items being returned must be in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Several types of items are exempt from being physically returned. Such as perishable foods, some plants, live animals (snails), or medications


To start a return,  contact us at PondPlantsofAmerica@gmail.com. If your return is accepted and requires a physical return we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you are missing item(s) or were shipped incorrect item(s) please email pondplantsofamerica@gmail.com within 24 hours and include a photo of the plants you received. Credit will only be issued after Pond Plant of America receives proof of damage or issue. In the case of refund needed and item is non returnable, Pond Plant of America requires proof of destruction of all non-returnable items. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
