Top choice for monarch butterflies as its nectar is their top food choice during migration. Also attracts hummingbirds, swallow tails and other pollinators. The red-orange and yellow blooms will produce all summer, even while producing seed. In Warm Southern climates consider cutting back to encourage the monarchs to finish their fall migration.
